Wild garlic butter

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g butter
  • 7 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • 2 tsp herbal salt
  • 8 tbsp wild garlic

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

with yeast flakes for extra flavor

Cream the butter until soft (I microwave it for 30 seconds at 600 watts, which softens it nicely). Finely chop the wild garlic and stir it into the butter along with the nutritional yeast and herb salt. Refrigerate. Delicious with grilled food and pasta.
