Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 200 g coffee powder
  • 1 liter of water, cold
  • 3 ice cubes
  • 100 ml tonic water
  • 1 lemon(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 14 hours; Total time approx. 14 hours 5 minutes

For the basic recipe, pour the coffee grounds over the water, stir, and let it steep, covered, for about 14 hours. Then strain through a fine sieve and filter. If you like, you can mix about 150 ml of cold brew with tonic water, a dash of lemon juice, and a few ice cubes and enjoy.
