- 10 eggs
- 200 g sugar
- 400 g hazelnuts, ground
- Cake icing of your choice

The easiest cake I know. Only 3 ingredients. Anyone can make it!
Beat the eggs and sugar until frothy. Add the ground hazelnuts and stir thoroughly. Pour into a loaf pan or other suitable baking dish and bake at approximately 170°C for about 40 minutes. This cake is super moist! It also works with almonds, but it will be a bit drier. If you like, you can glaze it.
