Spread with dried tomatoes and cottage cheese

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g cottage cheese
  • 10 tomatoes, dried, preserved in oil
  • 2 tbsp oil from the tomatoes
  • 1 bunch of chives
  • some salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Chop the tomatoes and chives and add them to a bowl with the other ingredients. Season with salt and pepper and mix together. If you want to add a little extra flavor to the spread, add some crumbled feta cheese. It goes wonderfully with flatbread or baguette.
