Mars Muffins

Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g butter or margarine
  • 200 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 500 g flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 150 ml milk
  • 2 packets of baking powder
  • 1 handful of chocolate, chopped
  • 1 bag(s) of sweets (Mars Planets)
  • 1 cup cake icing (chocolate)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

makes 24 pieces.

Combine the first seven ingredients and mix into a smooth batter. The batter shouldn’t be too stiff. Then add the chocolate chips and the entire bag of Mars planets. Mix everything thoroughly and fill the muffin cases. The cases should be 3/4 full with batter. Bake at 180°C on the middle rack for about 20 minutes. Then let cool for about half an hour. In the meantime, prepare the chocolate glaze. Pour the glaze into a bowl so that the muffins can be dipped upside down. Now the chocolate just needs to set and the muffins are ready to eat.
