Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 small beetroots, peeled
  • 1 handful of basil
  • 1 apple, peeled, pitted
  • 150 g seedless grapes
  • 1 piece(s) ginger (3 cm), peeled
  • some cinnamon powder
  • 2 tbsp natural yogurt or 3 tbsp

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Place all ingredients roughly chopped into a blender and blend until creamy, adding a little water if necessary.
