Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 2 small beetroots, peeled
- 1 handful of basil
- 1 apple, peeled, pitted
- 150 g seedless grapes
- 1 piece(s) ginger (3 cm), peeled
- some cinnamon powder
- 2 tbsp natural yogurt or 3 tbsp
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Place all ingredients roughly chopped into a blender and blend until creamy, adding a little water if necessary.
