Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 large carrots, peeled
  • 1 bunch of flat-leaf parsley
  • 1 apple, peeled, pitted
  • 2 apricots or 3, peeled, pitted
  • 1 dashes apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp rapeseed oil
  • 1 tbsp trail mix
  • 1 orange(s), juice

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until creamy, adding a little water if necessary.
