Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 300 g tagliatelle pasta
  • 1 onion(s)
  • Garlic
  • 300 g minced meat
  • 5 tbsp tomato paste
  • salt and pepper
  • 200 ml whipped cream
  • 100 g cheese
  • oregano

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Super fast and super tasty!!

In a deep-sided skillet, fry the finely chopped onion, add the minced meat, and cook thoroughly. Mix with tomato paste, garlic, and oregano. Add the uncooked tagliatelle and pour in about 1/4 liter of water and the cream. Cover with the lid (steam vent closed), reduce heat to 1-2 degrees, and cook for a further 20 minutes. Just before serving, sprinkle the cheese over the top and let it melt with the lid closed.
