Curry with minced meat

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 500 g minced meat, beef or lamb
  • 500 g potatoes, peeled and diced
  • 500 g carrot(s), peeled and diced
  • 1 onion(s), large, diced
  • 1 liter broth, vegetable or meat
  • 1 tbsp curry
  • chili powder
  • possibly salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Brown the minced meat with the onion until crispy. When it’s nicely browned and crumbly, add the potatoes and carrots. Sprinkle with curry powder and stir well. Now pour in enough stock to just cover the vegetables. Let the whole thing simmer for about 30 minutes, until the potatoes are tender. If you like, add chili powder for extra spice.
