Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 150 g beans, green
- 200 g tuna
- 200 g cheese (Emmental)
- 2 onions
- 3 eggs, hard boiled
- 3 tomatoes, depending on size
- 1 large bell pepper(s), red
- 2 cucumber(s) (pickles)
- 1 cup of natural yogurt
- 2 tbsp remoulade
- 1 tbsp mustard, medium hot
- 1 tbsp vinegar (white wine vinegar)
- 2 tsp parsley
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes
Finely dice the Emmental cheese, onions, eggs, tomatoes, bell peppers, and pickles. Mix with the tuna and beans. Make a marinade with the remaining ingredients and pour over the fish. Let it marinate for at least an hour.
