Ingredients for 15 servings:

  • 500 g quark
  • 750 g yogurt
  • 250 g sour cream
  • 40 g cream
  • 400 g cucumber(s), cut into fine strips
  • 12 g salt
  • pepper
  • 5 g dill
  • 5 g parsley
  • 20 g garlic, diced
  • 70 g olive oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 12 hours; Total time approx. 12 hours 15 minutes

Mix everything together and let it stand in the refrigerator for at least 1 day.
