Spaghetti Omelette

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 egg(s)
  • 3 tbsp milk
  • 1 m.-large beefsteak tomato(s)
  • 1 slice(s) ham, cooked
  • 1 tsp chives, fresh
  • 50 g pasta (spaghetti)
  • 1 pinch(s) of salt and pepper (to taste)
  • 1 tsp butter

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cook 50g of spaghetti as usual. Meanwhile, whisk the egg with milk, salt, and pepper. Dice the tomato and ham and add to the egg. Melt butter in a small pan. Arrange the well-drained spaghetti in the pan (twirling it nicely) and pour the egg mixture over it. Cover the pan and wait until the mixture sets. Garnish with chives. It looks great, is super easy, and very tasty!
