Cucumber salad with sour cream

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 cucumber(s)
  • 1 cup sour cream (250ml)
  • 1 pinch(s) of pepper
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pack of sauce (garden herb sauce)
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • 3 tbsp water

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 5 minutes

Slice the cucumber into thin slices using a salad grater. Prepare the garden herb sauce: Place the powder in a small bowl, add 2 tablespoons of water, and 3 tablespoons of oil, and mix thoroughly. Place the cucumber slices in a salad bowl, then pour the salad dressing and sour cream over the top. Mix everything thoroughly and let it rest for about 1/2 hour. Then mix again and serve. You can also add other ingredients, such as paprika, etc. Enjoy!
