Cucumber salad with yogurt

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 large cucumber(s), untreated
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 bunch of dill (alternatively 1 dried tbsp dill)
  • 1 cup of yogurt (full-fat yogurt)
  • ¾ tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 pinch of white pepper
  • 1 tsp honey or maple syrup

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Wash the cucumber thoroughly (do not peel it), then cut it into ½ cm thick sticks. Finely dice the onions. Wash and dry the dill thoroughly. Then mix the yogurt with the dill and all other ingredients and season to taste. Pour the mixture over the cucumber and fold in gently.
