Spread the love

  • 2 liters of ginger ale
  • 2 bottles of sparkling wine, chilled
  • 1 ½ liters of vanilla ice cream

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

the summer hit!

Place the cherries and juice in a punch bowl. Add the sparkling wine and ginger ale and stir. Shortly before serving, scoop some of the ice into balls and place them on top of the punch. Once the first ice has melted, add the remaining ice a little at a time. If you like it stronger, you can soak the cherries in vodka for a few hours first, but the “light” version is also fantastic!
