Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 300 g chocolate (70% cocoa)
  • 1 liter of milk
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • n. B. sugar
  • some whipped cream
  • some chocolate (bark chocolate)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Chop the chocolate. Heat the milk with a pinch of salt and melt the chocolate, stirring constantly. Season to taste and sweeten with sugar if desired. Whip the cream until stiff peaks form. Pour the hot chocolate into mugs, top with a little cream, and garnish with chocolate chips. You can also flavor the milk with vanilla, chili, or cinnamon while heating.
