Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 g desiccated coconut
- 240 g sugar
- 140 g protein
- 1 pinch of salt
- some flavoring (lemon flavor)
- n. B. Wafers
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes
Coconut macaroons, as the baker makes them – super simple, super light, super delicious
Heat the ingredients in a kettle (pot) to 70°C, stirring constantly. Immediately pipe the coconut macaroon mixture onto wafers using a 13 mm star nozzle. Bake at 190°C for about 20 minutes, reducing the bottom heat by about 20°C or place an empty baking tray underneath.
