Leek and ham spaghetti

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 2 stalk(s) leeks
  • 300 g cooked ham
  • 400 ml Cremefine
  • 2 onions
  • 2 tbsp hazelnuts, chopped
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • salt and pepper
  • nutmeg
  • 300g spaghetti

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Trim and slice the leek into rings, and dice the onion into small cubes. Sauté both in hot oil. Dice the cooked ham and stir into the leek and onion mixture. Briefly fry. Pour in the cooking cream and simmer slightly. Season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Stir in the chopped nuts. Serve with the spaghetti cooked according to the package instructions.
