Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 150 g nectarine(s), peeled, diced
- 150 g cream yogurt, Greek
- 1 tbsp Amaretto
- 10 g cinnamon sugar
- n. B. mint leaves
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
A small dessert for two
Marinate the diced nectarine flesh with the Amaretto and let it sit for a while. Mix the yogurt with cinnamon sugar, to your liking. Then layer the mixture, including the resulting juice, alternately in pretty glasses. Garnish with mint, if desired, and serve.
