Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 200 g sweet cream
  • 1 bag of cream stiffener
  • 20 g vanilla sugar
  • 500 g quark
  • 100 g dark chocolate coating or grated chocolate
  • 500 g strawberries

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Summery

Whip the cream with Sahnefest until stiff peaks form. Stir in the quark and vanilla sugar. Finely chop the dark chocolate and mix in. Quarter the hulled strawberries and fold in. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
