Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 1 cup of natural yogurt, approx. 200 g
  • 250 g quark
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 cup of cream (approx. 200 g)
  • 250 g grapes
  • possibly chocolate sprinkles

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Mix together the yogurt, quark, and sugar. Whip the cream until stiff peaks form and fold in. Wash the grapes, halve and deseed them if desired, and carefully fold them into the cream. Ladle the cream into bowls and garnish with chocolate sprinkles.
