Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 250 g mascarpone
- 125 g quark
- 1 can pineapple
- 3 tbsp sugar
- n. B. Amarettini
- n. B. eggnog
- 1 cup of cream
- 1 tsp cocoa powder
- 1 sachet of vanilla sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Mix together the mascarpone, quark, and sugar. Drain the juice from the pineapple pieces and add it to the mixture. Transfer everything to a bowl. Place the amaretti biscuits tightly on top and pour over the egg liqueur. Whip the cream, sweeten it, and spread it on top. Decorate with cocoa powder.
