Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 1 can peach(s) (halves)
  • 1 pack of blueberries
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 4 tbsp honey
  • 1 package of ice cream (vanilla ice cream)
  • 1 pack of Hobbit cookies, with or without chocolate

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Drain the peaches. Don’t discard the juice; pour it into a bowl. Cut the peaches into fairly small cubes and add them to the juice in the bowl. Then add the berries. Stir in a packet of vanilla sugar and 4 tablespoons of honey. Place the cookies in a plastic bag and seal it tightly. Break them into pieces of varying sizes by hitting them with a spoon. It’s best to remove the vanilla ice cream from the freezer before preparing it. Ladle the ice cream into bowls, drizzle some of the fruit sauce over the top, and sprinkle with the cookie crumbs.
