Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 4 slices of toast, untoasted
  • 4 slice(s) Scheibletten (processed cheese slices)
  • 2 slices of salami
  • 1 egg(s), boiled, sliced
  • 1 gherkin(s), sliced
  • 1 tomato(s), sliced
  • 1 onion(s), cut into rings
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 1 tsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp tomato paste

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 8 minutes; Total time approx. 18 minutes

Spread each slice of toast with a little mustard, mayonnaise, and tomato paste. Top 2 slices of toast with 1 slice of bacon and 1 salami each. Top with 1 slice of cucumber, 1 slice of egg, 1 slice of tomato, and 1 onion ring. Top each slice with the second bacon, cover with the second slice of toast, and place it in the sandwich toaster.
