Strawberry cappuccino quark cream

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g natural yogurt, 1.5% fat
  • 500 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 5 tbsp cappuccino powder
  • 5 tbsp strawberry powder
  • n. B. Sweetener
  • 1 small can/mandarin orange(s)
  • n. B. Chocolate shavings

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

low-calorie with tangerines

Combine the quark and yogurt and divide into two portions. Stir the cappuccino into one half and sweeten to taste. Stir the strawberry powder into the other half and sweeten to taste. Drain the mandarins. Layer the cappuccino quark, mandarins, and strawberry quark in glasses and garnish with chocolate shavings. Refrigerate until ready to serve. For a more intense flavor, simply add more cappuccino or strawberry powder.
