Marzipan filling

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 125 g marzipan
  • 80 g powdered sugar
  • 70 g butter or margarine
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 100 g flour

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

e.g. for Baumkuchen

Whisk the marzipan mixture with the powdered sugar, margarine, egg yolks, and vanilla sugar until fluffy. Then stir in the flour. The marzipan mixture should be baked and can be used for any type of baked goods. Check out my Baumkuchen recipe with marzipan filling.
