Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g margarine (sunflower)
  • 100 g sugar
  • 200 g almond(s), ground
  • 200 g flour, more or less as needed
  • some cane sugar
  • n. B. Chocolate coating, vegan

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Gradually mix the margarine with the regular sugar, almonds, and flour, and knead until well combined. Then, first form the dough into strands about 2 euros thick, then roll them in the brown sugar until well coated. Chill the strands for a while, if necessary. Then, cut approximately 0.5 cm thick slices from the strands. These slices are then baked at about 180 degrees Celsius (convection oven) for about 10 minutes. Once they’ve cooled, you can decorate them with chocolate coating or other decorations.
