Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 2 pinches of baking powder
  • 50 g wheat flour
  • 1 tsp, heaped cocoa powder
  • 30 g cane sugar
  • 1 egg white
  • 5 tbsp milk
  • 20 g sugar (cinnamon sugar)
  • 6 biscuits (vanilla)
  • 200 g muesli (fruit), e.g. B. Knusperone
  • 80 g almond(s), chopped
  • wafers

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 12 minutes; Total time approx. 42 minutes

as a small breakfast or snack in between

Combine the vanilla sugar, baking powder, wheat flour, cocoa powder, cinnamon sugar, and cane sugar in a mixing bowl, preferably with a hand mixer. Finally, add the egg whites and milk to the mixture. Crumble the vanilla biscuits into a second bowl until finely ground. Then add the fruit muesli and almonds and mix everything together. Combine this mixture with the rest of the ingredients and mix again. You may need to add a little more milk, as the mixture should become sticky and firm. Using an ice cream scoop or measuring spoon, spread the mixture onto the wafers to give them a round shape. Place the baking tray on the middle rack of the oven at 180°C for approximately 12-15 minutes.
