Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g flour
- 125 g speculatius biscuits
- 3 tsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 125 g sugar
- 250 g butter, soft
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 1 pinch of cinnamon
- 4 eggs
- 1 tbsp rum
- 125 ml wine (mulled wine)
- 1 pinch of clove powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Refined for Christmas
Preheat oven to 200°C. Finely crumble the speculatius biscuits. Briefly mix the flour, baking powder, cocoa powder, and speculatius biscuits in a bowl. In a second bowl, stir together the softened butter, sugar, vanilla sugar, cinnamon, cloves, eggs, rum, and mulled wine until the sugar has dissolved. Now add the flour mixture and stir briefly again. Pour the batter into the baking molds and bake for 20-25 minutes using top/bottom heat.
