Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 150 g confectionery, white and dark dominoes
  • 250 g butter or margarine
  • 250 g sugar
  • 100 g nougat
  • 4 eggs
  • 125 ml eggnog
  • 250 g flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • Powdered sugar for dusting

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Halve the dominoes. Cream together the butter or margarine, sugar, and nougat. Beat in the eggs one at a time. Pour in the egg liqueur and continue stirring. Combine the flour and baking powder and stir in. Fold in the dominoes. Pour the batter into a 2.5-liter Bundt pan and smooth it out. Bake at 150°C (fan oven) for 65-70 minutes. Let cool and dust with powdered sugar.
