Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 100 g butter, room temperature
- 180 g sugar
- 2 eggs
- 500 g quark
- 1 packet of vanilla pudding powder or cream pudding powder
- 2 tbsp, heaped semolina

super fast and delicious
First, mix the butter and sugar thoroughly. Then beat in the eggs one at a time, and then add the quark. Finally, mix the pudding mix and semolina and then stir into the batter. The batter should be very creamy. Line the muffin tin with 12 paper baking cups and then fill with the batter. Bake in a preheated oven at 175°C for about 30 minutes. Sprinkle with powdered sugar at the end and serve lukewarm; they taste best that way! The batter rises well during baking, but unfortunately, the muffins always shrink a little as they cool. But they still taste great!
