Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 large cucumber(s), with or without peel
- 5 gherkins
- 1 garlic clove(s)
- 1 tbsp dill
- 100 g sour cream
- 1 tsp, heaped salt
- 1 pinch(s) pepper, mixed
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Grate the cucumber and set aside. Place the pickled cucumbers in a blender and chop finely, then add them to the grated cucumbers. Crush the garlic and mix with the sour cream, dill, salt, and pepper. Add the sauce to the cucumbers and mix.
