Radish or radish salad

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 2 bunch radishes, or 1 large radish for the radish salad
  • 200 g sour cream
  • Salt
  • 1 tsp vegetable broth
  • Chive rolls

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Wash and trim the radishes, and slice or grate them into sticks. Add the sour cream, salt, and vegetable stock and mix. Stir in the chives. The radish salad works the same way: Peel and trim the radishes, and process them as described for the radishes. Let the salad marinate for about 10 minutes.
