Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 ml goat’s yogurt, preferably homemade
- 1 tbsp, heaped sour cherries (5 – 7)
- 1 tsp maple syrup
- some salt flakes
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
Add the cherries to the yogurt. Drizzle the yogurt with maple syrup and sprinkle a few flakes of salt on top. Mix well before serving.
