Vanilla curd with raspberries

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 1 vanilla pod(s)
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 dashes sweetener
  • 120 g raspberries
  • 2 tbsp water

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Low-carb

In a bowl, mix the low-fat quark with the water until creamy. Halve the vanilla pod and add the scraped seeds to the quark. Add 1 sachet of vanilla sugar and a dash of sweetener and mix well. Finally, stir in the washed raspberries and serve.
