Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 130 g butter
- 80 g sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 200 g flour
- ¼ tsp baking powder
- 1 pack of flavoring (orange peel)
- 1 egg(s)
- Jam (e.g. orange) to assemble
- Cake icing (chocolate icing)
Instructions
Working time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
Knead the ingredients into a shortcrust pastry and chill for about 25 minutes. Then, in portions, roll out thinly on a well-floured board and cut out small circles. Place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake in a preheated oven at 150°C for about 8-10 minutes until light golden brown. Then, combine the cooled circles with strained jam. Drizzle with chocolate glaze.
