Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 kg flour
- 500 g margarine
- 500 g sugar
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 4 eggs
- 1 tbsp vanilla sugar or 1 lemon flavor

Working time approx. 40 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 2 hours 50 minutes
Beat the margarine with sugar and eggs until fluffy. Add the vanilla sugar (or lemon flavoring), baking powder, and flour and knead everything into a dough. Refrigerate for about 1 hour. Pass the dough through a meat grinder with the biscuit attachment. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the biscuits on it. Refrigerate for another 1 hour. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (top/bottom heat) for about 10-15 minutes.
