Mexican hot chocolate

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 90 g chocolate, Mexican or dark
  • 700 ml milk
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • Marshmallow(s) (Mini)
  • 3 stalk(s) cinnamon
  • chili powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

With marshmallows

Break the chocolate into small pieces and melt it in a saucepan with the milk, sugar, and chili powder (to taste) over medium heat. It should be hot, but not boiling! Divide the hot chocolate among the mugs. Stir the cinnamon sticks into the chocolate and place a few marshmallows into each mug.
