Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 150 g currants, black
- ½ lime(s)
- 200 g yogurt
- 40 g sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 12 minutes; Total time approx. 12 minutes
Squeeze the lime. Pick the blackcurrants from the stalks and wash them. Roughly puree the berries and mix them with the lime juice, yogurt, and sugar until smooth. Serve in bowls or glasses.
