- 1 pack Matjesfiliets
- 1 Apple
- 1 middle Onion
- 1 cups Sour cream
- 1 Tablespoon Sugar
- 0,5 cups Cream
- 2 Tablespoon Mayonnaise
- 2 pickled Cucumber
- 1 Teaspoon (level) Salt
- 3 Tablespoon Balsamic white
- 5 boiled Potatoes
- 1 half Vegetable onion
- Take the matjes out of the package and place in a bowl with milk. In a bowl, stir together the sour cream, cream, vinegar, mayonnaise, sugar and salt. Cut the onion, apple and cucumber into cubes, remove the matjes from the milk and also cut into pieces, add to the bowl, mix with a spoon and put in the refrigerator until use.
- Cut the potatoes into small pieces with the onion cut into rings and fry them in butter in the pan. Serve with the salad.
