Colorful Bean Salad

The perfect colorful bean salad recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 Glass French beans
  • 1 Can Kidney beans
  • 1 Can White beans
  • 1 Can Black beans
  • 1 Onion
  • 5 tbsp Bianco balsamic vinegar
  • 5 tbsp Rapeseed oil
  • Salt from the mill
  • Pepper
  • 1 tbsp Garden herbs
  • Sugar
  1. Drain the green beans well. Drain the remaining beans in a sieve, rinse well with water and drain.
  2. Finely dice the onions.
  3. Put all the beans and the onions in a bowl.
  4. Mix vinegar, oil, salt, pepper, herbs and a little sugar into a dressing.
  5. Pour the dressing over the beans, stir gently and let it steep. The longer the beans soak, the better they taste. Can also be prepared the day before.
