Colorful Bean Salad
The perfect colorful bean salad recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 Glass French beans
- 1 Can Kidney beans
- 1 Can White beans
- 1 Can Black beans
- 1 Onion
- 5 tbsp Bianco balsamic vinegar
- 5 tbsp Rapeseed oil
- Salt from the mill
- Pepper
- 1 tbsp Garden herbs
- Sugar
- Drain the green beans well. Drain the remaining beans in a sieve, rinse well with water and drain.
- Finely dice the onions.
- Put all the beans and the onions in a bowl.
- Mix vinegar, oil, salt, pepper, herbs and a little sugar into a dressing.
- Pour the dressing over the beans, stir gently and let it steep. The longer the beans soak, the better they taste. Can also be prepared the day before.
