Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 50 g butter
  • 250 g flour
  • 250 ml milk
  • 75 g brown sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tsp gingerbread spice

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Simply mix all the ingredients together and bake in portions in the waffle iron.
