Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 5 m.-sized eggs
- 375 g sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 2 packs of pudding powder, vanilla flavor
- 1 lemon(s), grated peel and juice
- 1 tbsp, butter, melted
- 1 kg low-fat curd cheese
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 packet of baking powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Preheat the oven to 175°C. Whisk together the eggs, sugar, salt, vanilla sugar, and pudding powder. Stir in the low-fat quark. Add the lemon zest and lemon juice. Then, while stirring continuously, stir the melted butter into the batter. Finally, stir in the baking powder. Pour the batter into a greased springform pan. Bake at 175°C for about 45 minutes on the middle rack. If the skewer comes out clean, add fan-assisted cooking for 10-15 minutes to allow the cake to develop a golden brown color.
