Tear off two strips of aluminum foil, each twice the size of the feta cheese. Peel the garlic and slice it thinly. Wash the herbs and shake them dry. Place 2-3 sprigs of thyme and rosemary each on a sheet of foil. Drizzle with a little olive oil and paprika. Place 2-3 slices of garlic on top. Place the feta cheese on top and repeat the previous steps on top of the cheese. Close the aluminum foil around the cheese, forming a neat parcel, making sure the ends are well sealed. Place the two neat parcels on the grill or cook in the oven at 180°C for approximately 12-15 minutes.
