Baked Maultaschen with leaf spinach

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 pack of Maultasche(s)
  • ½ liter vegetable broth
  • ½ cup cream
  • 200 g leaf spinach
  • ½ tsp butter
  • Parmesan
  • Cheese, for sprinkling

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cook the Maultaschen in broth, let cool. Cut into strips and place in a greased casserole dish. Reduce some of the broth with the cream. Then add the spinach leaves to the reduced sauce, but not for too long. Then pour the sauce and spinach leaves over the strips in the casserole dish and sprinkle with grated cheese and Parmesan cheese. Bake in the oven at 100°C for about 20 minutes; depending on the color of the cheese, you can bake for up to 30 minutes.
