Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 400 ml milk, 3.5% fat
  • 1 chili pepper(s), fresh, slit lengthwise
  • 60 g dark chocolate, chopped

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Briefly bring the milk and chili pepper to a boil in a saucepan, remove from the heat, and stir in the chocolate until melted. Then strain through a fine sieve and sweeten to taste.
