Ingredients for 12 servings:

  • 240 g flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 100 g ground almonds
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 eggs
  • 100 g sugar
  • 125 ml oil
  • 100 ml milk

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Combine dry ingredients. Stir in liquid ingredients. Stir everything together to form a batter. Place in 12 muffin tins and bake at 200°C for about 15-20 minutes. Variations: – Use ground hazelnuts.
