Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 espresso, double, hot
  • 3 pieces of white chocolate
  • 4 cl brandy
  • 2 cl syrup (caramel syrup)
  • Milk foam

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Break the chocolate into pieces and place it in a glass. Pour espresso over it, then add the brandy. Top with milk foam and spread the caramel syrup over the milk foam. Serve with a straw and enjoy it layer by layer, rather than stirring.
