Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 pack of confectionery (Raffaello)
  • 2 cups of sour cream (200 g each)
  • e.g. condensed milk, sweetened
  • possibly milk or cream

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Irresistible for Raffaello lovers

Unwrap the Raffaello balls and place them in a bowl. Remove the almonds, if necessary. Blend with a hand blender, then stir in the sour cream and sweetened condensed milk. The cream will be quite thick. If it’s too thick for your liking, you can add more milk or cream.
